At Advaya Project, we hope you love your purchase. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition
- All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team before being sent back
Please Note
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
After We Receive Your Return
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following options:
- Exchange (subject to availability)
- Store Credit
Store credit will be issued within 3–5 working days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity and quality of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition
- Products returned without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include clear photos showing the issue.
Once reviewed and approved:
- A replacement will be arranged, or a suitable solution will be offered
- All related shipping costs will be covered by Advaya Project
