At Advaya Project, we begin processing and preparing orders shortly after they are placed. For this reason, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been confirmed.

If you need to modify your order (such as updating items, address details, or cancelling), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
